Lineup
NECROPHILE
Formed in Tokyo in 1987, NECROPHILE was one of Japan’s early death‑thrash hybrids, linking Japanese underground intensity with old-school extremity. They disbanded in 1991 but resurfaced around 2012 and remain active today. Their latest full-length Awakening Those Oppressed (2017) dives into grinding riff brutality, punishing rhythms, and vocals that crawl through filth and despair. Expect them live to drag you into the pit with crusted thunder, jagged tremolo assaults, and a lived-in darkness few can stand.
TODESTREIB
TODESTRIEB is a Japanese crust punk outfit operating out of Tokyo. Their 2023 full‑length DEsperAte THanatology is a feral blast of classic crust: blasting tempos, bitter riffs, and vocals that spit contempt and despair. Critics and fans liken their aggression to early UK crust and grindcore, suggesting influences from bands like Sore Throat, Extreme Noise Terror, and UK doom-tinged crust lineages. They also appeared on the Unleash the Evil Force split (2018), pairing up in the DIY crust network. Live, they lean hard into rawness—no illusions, just punishing sound and direct confrontation.
ANAKRINO
Anakrino is a freshly formed death‑metal / grindcore act hailing from Kakegawa in Shizuoka Prefecture. Their inception came in 2024, marking them as one of the newest faces in Japan’s extreme underground. With a lineup featuring Murayama (guitar & vocals), Mateus (bass), and Ayumi (drums), the band fuses blistering grindcore speed with slab‑heavy death riffs. Live they bring raw energy and youthful ferocity, laying down a modern yet savage assault that fits right in among Japan’s more battle‑tested extreme acts.
ナンプラーちゃん
ナンプラーちゃん are a fast‑core / “fuzzpop” two‑piece from Gifu, combining hyper noise, shrieked vocals, and a warped sense of irreverence. Their Bandcamp release STAY HOME w/ OUR SONGS leans into raw DIY energy, half‑melody, half‑chaos. Onstage they lean loud, disorienting, and playful — speakers squeal, feedback bites, and the line between “song” and “noise ritual” blurs.
PUNHALADA
PUNHALADA surfaced in Nagoya in August 2012 as a crossover‑thrash / metal‑punk hybrid, forged in Japanese/Brazilian lineage. Their sound rides razor blades — fast, aggressive thrash riffs drowning in punk urgency, occasional grindcore scatter, and vocals alternating between fierce bark and guttural edge. Their discography includes Punhalada (2013), Minority Pride (2017), and Sobrevivente (2022). On stage, they deliver relentless energy and tight aggression — a live attack that refuses safe spaces and demands movement.
Venue - ブラジルコーヒー
This isn’t your average venue, and that’s exactly why you need to be there. Kanayama Brazil Coffee is a classic Showa-era café that flips into a live battlefield when the amps come out. The entire place is smoking-friendly, the lights are soft, the air gets thick, and the music hits hard. There’s no stage separation here — just you, the bands, and the raw energy of a death metal show pulsing through a retro coffeehouse. Unfiltered, unforgettable, and totally real.
